 DIVINE BONDING EVENT

A UNIQUE HOLI CELEBRATION

The Holi celebration at Delhi Public School Vasant Kunjwas particularly memorable this year, highlighted by a thoughtfully curated 'Divine' Fancy Dress event on 3rd March, 2026. On this occasion, members of the teaching and administrative staff showcased eighteen distinguished portrayals of revered Indian deities, including Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva, Goddess Lakshmi, and Goddess Aditi, among others. Each presentation eloquently reflected the richness of India’s cultural and spiritual heritage.

A notable highlight of the programme was a surprise address by the Principal, Mrs. Deepti Vohra, who emphasized the true essence of celebrating festivals and the significance of righteous actions in daily life through a metaphorical tale. Her remarks added depth and meaning to the celebrations.

The event successfully fostered creativity and confidence while nurturing a deeper appreciation for traditional values. More importantly, it provided a unified platform for the entire staff, promoting collaboration and strengthening inter-departmental camaraderie. All participating teams were honoured with Appreciation Titles presented by the Principal, with the contributions adjudged by the Vice Principals. This vibrant celebration not only upheld the spirit of Holi but also reinforced unity, harmony, and a shared sense of purpose within the school community.
