Christmas - 2022
Christmas waves a magic wand over the world and conspires to gladden our hearts making everything look so beautiful.To spread this Christmas cheer ,the students of Class 3 came together to present a special assembly on the most cherished festival of Christmas. The assembly was held on 23rd December, 2022 in the Multi Purpose Hall.The Chief Guest for the day, Dr ( Ms) Kiran Datar, Chairperson, DPS Managing Committee,graced the event with her benign presence. The Principal, Ms. Deepti Vohra addressed the august gathering. The school choir set the mood with songs like 'Silver Bells', ' Away in the manger', 'Silent Light', etc. The story of Jesus Christ's birth was beautifully narrated and enacted by the children. The dances on the foot tapping music enlivened the atmosphere with the Christmas fervor. In the end, the Headmistress, Ms. Malini K. Sengupta, proposed the vote of thanks and applauded the children and the teachers. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
