Trip to Nehru Planetarium
An educational trip to the Nehru Planetarium and the Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya was organized for the students of classes V and III on 11th December, 2024 and 24th December 2024, respectively. A total of 408 students went on the excursion with accompanying teachers and guards.
At the Nehru Planetarium, the students explored the fascinating world of space science and enhanced their knowledge about the Universe. A feature show titled, ‘The Biography of the Universe’ was presented which helped the students learn about the journey through time and a celebration of life on Earth.
The show began with the Big Bang, depicting the formation of the Universe, stars, galaxies and the solar system. It also illustrated the formation of Earth and the origin of life on earth. Students also got to see about the various constellations.
Next, the students visited the Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya, a museum dedicated to the Prime Ministers who have helped shape our country since Independence. The Prime Ministers' galleries are broadly divided into different themes starting from their early life, political journey, the making of a Prime Minister, significant works during their tenure, challenges they faced, their retirement and lastly, their later phase.
Lastly, the students had a small picnic in the park where they were made to sit in an organized way and were provided with the meal boxes. They played and enjoyed it thoroughly.
Overall, the Students had a lot of fun and gained valuable knowledge, making the trip both educational and enjoyable.
CLASS II- EDUCATIONAL AND PICNIC EXCURSION
An Educational and Picnic Excursion was organised by the school for the children of Class II. The day included a visit to the Railway Museum and Nehru Park on Friday, 24th January, 2025.
The trip began with a visit to the Railway Museum. It was an enriching experience as the kids were curious to explore and learn about the fascinating history and heritage of the Indian Railways. The star attraction was the toy train ride which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Then the kids were taken to the Nehru Park. In the midst of greenery and the lush green trees, the children enjoyed their yummy tiffins and the snack boxes given to them. The children had a wonderful time playing with their friends in the park.
The day was full of fun and excitement, filled with laughter from our little kids as they all came back to school cheerful, happy and wearing their beautiful smiles .

Class I - Educational Trip to the National Rail Museum and Nehru Park
On Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, an educational trip was organized for the students of Class I in collaboration with Onmark Adventure. The trip included a visit to the National Rail Museum, followed by a picnic at Nehru Park, located just 2.5 km from the museum.
A total of 217 students accompanied by their teachers went on an excursion. Upon arriving at the National Rail Museum, the group was greeted by the Onmark Adventure team, who provided a detailed overview of the museum. The visit began in the indoor gallery, where students marveled at historical photographs, railway models, vintage engines, old number plates, and tickets. A major highlight was the exhibit of the Chenab Rail Bridge—the world’s highest railway bridge - captivating young minds with its engineering brilliance. The students even enjoyed a hands-on experience, manually operating a lever to change a railway track, which added an interactive element to the learning experience.
Children explored steam, diesel, and electric locomotives. They also enjoyed a Toy Train ride which became one of the most cherished moments of the trip. At Nehru Park, children played freely and shared delicious lunches in the vibrant lawns, creating joyful memories.
The trip was an excellent blend of fun and learning, offering insights into India’s rich railway heritage and importance of railways in modern India.
Overall, this outing proved to be an enriching and memorable day, leaving students with smiles, new knowledge, and unforgettable experiences.
