Animal Week
‘The silent ones are magnificent, each unique and skilled. They deserve better behaviour; the least is not to be killed! Let’s protect, let's care, let’s act humane, at least that is what is sane!’
To create awareness about the animals around us and to develop empathy towards them, Animal Week was organized for Classes Nursery-II from 22nd to 26th September, 2025.
A plethora of activities stimulated creativity and brought out the latent talent in the little ones. In Art and Craft, children learnt to make animals using numbers, create 3D birds, collages of wild/domestic/ extinct animals, and beautiful animal headgears.
It was delightful to see them run races wearing their respective animal masks, which also built team spirit and bonhomie. Dress Me Up saw children speaking about the importance of animals in the environment. A quiz, creative writing on ‘If I Were a Butterfly’, stories, and songs added to the theme.
The children had a week full of learning and fun.
