English Language Week
The English Department of the junior school organised English Language Week- ‘ENGLISH FIESTA’ for the students of Classes III-V from 27th July, 2022 to 29th July, 2022. Children participated with great zest and zeal in all the activities which were planned for them. An Intra-Class Talent Show activity was organized for the children wherein all the children participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity magnificently through Story Telling, Enactment, Recitation, etc. To instill the love for poetry and enhance the recital skills, an Inter-House Choral Recitation was held for the students of Class 4. The students recited hilarious poems and achieved a huge applause from everyone.
To enhance the spellings and literary skills of children, an Inter-Section Spell Bee was conducted for the students of Class III and Inter-Section Language Quiz for the students of Class V. The children thoroughly enjoyed participating in these competitions and improved their spellings, vocabulary and learned new concepts.
