Festival Week
The junior school celebrated Festival week with great excitement and happiness from 10th October to 14th 0ctober,2022. A plethora of creative and colourful activities was organised for the students of Classes Nursery-II.
Children made glistening diyas, paper lanterns, colourful rangolis and torans in different shapes and sizes. They enjoyed their music classes and sang the melodious songs – ‘Duniya Chale Na Shri Ram Ke Bina’ and ‘Aayi Diwali Re’. The students of class II exhibited their talent by writing creative paragraphs on the topic- Why I like Diwali. An interactive story-telling session- ‘Ram Ji Ki Kahani’ aroused curiosity among the enthusiastic learners. “Dress Me Up’ session provided opportunity to all to express themselves and gain confidence. The highlight of the event was, the race – “Let’s run relay” wherein children played as a team to run and pot the Ravan.
The week was a great success and was enjoyed not only by the children, but the teachers too.
