Farewell Ceremony– Class 12 (Batch of 2024-25)
”Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”
With mixed emotions and fond memories, the students of Class 12 (Batch of 2024-25) were given a heartfelt farewell by the students of Class 11 on Friday, 10th January 2025, from 12 noon to 3 pm in the school’s Multipurpose Hall. The function was a perfect blend of nostalgia, joy, and celebration, marking the end of an era for the senior-most students.
The program commenced with the warm and inspiring words of the Principal, Ms. Deepti Vohra, who extended a gracious welcome to the outgoing batch. She commended them for successfully completing a remarkable journey at the school and wished them the very best for their future endeavors. Following the Principal’s address, the Head Boy, Yash Jha, and Head Girl, Shriya Pant, delivered moving speeches, expressing gratitude to the school and teachers who had played a vital role in shaping their personalities. The Cultural Presidents also took the opportunity to share cherished memories of their time at the school, evoking a wave of nostalgia among the students and teachers present. Special titles were also awarded to a few students from Class 12 for their outstanding discipline and commendable demeanour during their school years.
Next, the students of Class 11 took charge of the stage and enthralled everyone with their vibrant performances. A series of energetic dance numbers and a soulful mashup of melodious songs set the perfect tone for the event. Their enthusiasm and creativity left the audience mesmerized. The highlight of the afternoon was when the seniors joined the dance floor, dancing their hearts out, making the event lively and memorable. The camaraderie and spirit displayed by both the outgoing and the junior students made it a truly special occasion.
The program concluded with a delectable spread of sweets and savouries, which added a delightful end to the joyous celebration. As the event drew to a close, the seniors left with fond memories and a promise to carry forward the values instilled by the school. Thus, another edition of the Class 12 Farewell came to a heartwarming close, leaving everyone present with a sense of fulfillment and fond recollections of a beautiful chapter that had come to an end.
