No Books Day
'No Books Day' was organized for the students of classes Nursery to V on 16 August, 2024 with a lot of excitement among the little ones as they geared up for a day of fun and frolic. The day began with a movie screening in the mini auditorium for the students of classes Nursery to I and in the multi-purpose hall for the students of classes III-V. A variety of engaging games such as Passing the Ball, Slide and Glide, Bucket the Ball, Dance and Freeze, Musical Chairs and Hopscotch kept the children enthralled. The children showcased their creativity by preparing rakhis, decorating them and colouring worksheets. Enthusiasm ran high when the children danced with their peers. ‘No Books Day’ aimed to create a stimulating and fun-filled environment that encouraged the children to break free from their inhibitions, boost confidence, and express themselves through informal activities like games, role-plays, and challenging tasks.
