Festival Week- Junior School
The junior school celebrated Festival Week with fun and gaiety from 16th to 20th October,2023 for the students of Classes Nursery-II. The week was an amalgamation of various exciting activities which were thoroughly enjoyed by the children.
Children made glistening 3D diyas, hangings, candles and painted rangoli during their Art and Craft sessions.
‘Pot the Ravana’ relay race brought newness to the whole concept as much as the fashion show in the traditional attire organized by Class One. Story telling and movie sessions on Dussehra allowed children to explore various aspects of the epic tale and the values associated. Sing song sessions organised by the teachers added to the festive fervor. The highlight of the week was Jashn-E-Tyohar, a dance –drama by the little enthusiasts of Class Nursery, wherein the children presented the glimpses of the festivals of India.
The colourful celebrations marked the beginning of the festivals with bonds of love and care!
