EARTH DAY ASSEMBLY
The students of Classes VA and VB conducted a special morning assembly to mark Earth Day, focusing on environmental awareness and responsibility.
The assembly began with a prayer, followed by the Thought for the Day emphasizing the importance of caring for our planet. Students spoke about the significance of Earth Day and highlighted the 2026 theme, ‘Our Power, Our Planet’.
The highlight of the assembly was the presentation by the ‘Earth Crusaders’, who shared meaningful and thought-provoking messages on conserving water, planting trees, reducing plastic usage, and maintaining cleanliness in our surroundings. Their messages encouraged everyone to adopt eco-friendly habits.
A motivational song, ‘Hum Honge Kamyab,’ created a positive atmosphere. The news segment and a poem in Hindi emphasized our responsibility towards Mother Earth, inspiring all to take small steps for a better future. The assembly concluded with a pledge to protect the environment and the National Anthem, leaving everyone motivated to care and contribute towards a greener planet.
