Class 5 Special Assembly
Students of Class V presented a special assembly to mark the 75 th Independence Day on 12th of August, 2022. The special assembly began with a morning prayer by the Rep of Class V, Ms. Anju Kaistha followed by a musical rendition by the school choir which sung a beautiful patriotic song that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the motherland. The students presented an enactment of the inspiring words of our freedom fighters, in remembrance of their sacrifices made to free our country. This was followed by a heart touching skit showcasing what freedom means to today’s young generation and emphasized on the motto of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The assembly culminated with a spectacular dance performance by the young dancers of Class V, to a medley of foot tapping patriotic songs. The assembly concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Headmistress Ms. Malini Sengupta and the National Anthem
