Janmashtami Special Assembly

On the pious occasion of Janmashtami, Children of Class Prep presented a Special Assembly, a kaleidoscope of Lord Krishna's life, well synchronised with music and dance.

C Block courtyard was decorated beautifully with flowers and coruscating matkies. The show commenced with soulful rendition of "Achyutam keshavam" by our budding singers, dressed in bright hues, followed by mesmerizing performances by confident narrators and actors- little Vasudev, Devaki, Nand Baba, Yashodha, Gwals, Guards, Radhas and Krishnas! The enchanting dances - Choti Choti Gaiya and The Krishna Raas Leela stole everyone's heart, spreading the message of love, peace, compassion and brotherhood. Ms Malini Sengupta, The Headmistress, applauded the efforts of students and teachers as the block echoed with cheerfulness.
