Janmashtami Assembly - 2023
To honour the birth of Lord Krishna, the students of Class Prep celebrated the festival of Janmashtami with great pomp and splendour in the C-Block Courtyard on 6th September, 2023.
The courtyard was beautifully decorated with coruscating matkis, intricate hangings and flowers.The show started with the lighting of the lamp by the School Principal,Mrs. Deepti Vohra ma’am, Vice Principal, Mrs. Archana Malik ma'am and the Headmistress,Mrs. Malini K Sengupta ma'am. The little narrators communicated the message to follow the right path in life and spread love and happiness,through an enactment and a beautiful rendition of the song “ Mujhe Saavla Salona Pasand Aa Gaya.” The beautifully adorned young dancers danced to the enchanting songs of Lord Krishna and enthralled everyone with their stupendous performance.
The School Principal, Mrs. Deepti Vohra,interacted with the little ones and encouraged them to imbibe the teachings of Lord Krishna in their lives .She applauded the efforts of all the children as well as the teachers.
