Code Warriors, the Tech club of DPS Vasant Kunj, participated in MINET, Interschool Tech symposium of Mother’s International School conducted in offline as well as online modes from 28th July to 2nd August, 2022.

Devaangi Mehra
At this young age, Devaangi is already a published writer. A student of Class VI A of the school, Devaangi published her debut novel, ‘Kiley Saves Dragonia’ in 2021. The book is an adventure story and is available in print and digital formats, both in India and abroad.
This multi-talented girl also has a blog to her credit and is learning Kathak and Guitar as well.
Shivaangi Mehra
Shivaangi is Devaangi’s younger sister and is following the able footsteps of her talented elder sister.
At the young age of 9 year, Shivaangi too has a book published against her name, titled ' Adventures of Jones Sisters’. The book got published this year and is a collection of two stories. Her book is also available in both print and digital formats.

International Abacus Competition -Brainobrain fest' 2022
In the 7th International Abacus Competition -Brainobrain fest' 2022, Samrita Saigal of Class I, won a trophy and was declared the Champion. Around 23,000 students had participated from over 72 countries.

Kushagra Arora VIII of this school while representing 'India' has won ITF South Asian U/12 Tennis Tournament held at Kathmandu, Nepal from 13th to 18th June 2022. Team 'India' also qualified for ITF Asia under-12 Team Tennis Tournament to be held at Kazakhstan during September 2022.

Kushagra Arora VIII an emerging Lawn Tennis players from this school, who is currently ranked #2 in India under 12 years has been selected to represent Indian in South Asia regional qualifying event to be held at Kathmandu, Nepal from 13th June – 18th June 2022

Normalcy appears to be galloping back to the City with the recently concluded extravaganza conducted by Army Polo and Riding Club -The Anand Delhi Horse Show (from 9th April to 17th April) at the Army Equestrian Centre , Delhi .The event witnessed participation of teams and riders from across the country. Ms Yashwini Singh of DPS Vasant Kunj participated in the renowned event on behalf of the school. The talented rider in her maiden competition brought silver medal in Children Hacks Group 1 on 16 th of April 2022 and a bronze medal in Children Lime and Spoon Race Group 1 on 12th April 2022 in the event. The budding rider establishing complete synergy with her horse volcano displayed her grit and determination achieve podium finish in a highly contested event . The school encourages such potential to further flourish on their talents and wish her more success in life.
ACHIEVEMENTS OF SHIVANSH KULSHRESHTHA
Declared World Finalist at the Junior Academy Program, New York Academy of Sciences
Shivansh Kulshrestha of Class XI- B was declared as the World Finalist in the prestigious Junior Academy Program organized by the New York Academy of Sciences. Every year, the New York Academy of Sciences selects 1000 high school students from across the world to become a part of a global network, alongside peers and mentors. They work together on an online platform called Launchpad, where they compete in project-based challenges based on the Sustainable Development Goals as envisioned by the United Nations. Students gain STEM and research experience, along with developing their skills in collaboration, team-work, and interpersonal communication. Shivansh worked under the mentorship of Professor Vanessa Perillo of the famed Argentine Institute of Oceanography through the 10-week challenge period. He worked on a project on the restoration of aquatic ecosystems using SolidWorks 2019, a 3D CAD design and analysis software. Shivansh was declared as the World Finalist at Junior Academy Program, New York Academy of Sciences for his project DeEutrophi.
