PRINCIPAL MESSAGE
An expert in Mathematics, Ms. Deepti Vohra is a leader par excellence. She is a gold medalist in Mathematics from the Institute of Advanced Studies, Meerut University. After which, she completed her M.Phil. from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), and began her career at Welham Boys, Dehradun.There, at the young age of 23, she started teaching Mathematics to the students of Class XII.
Mrs. Vohra joined DPS Vasant Kunj in 1994 as a Mathematics teacher, and later assumed the responsibilities of the Academic Coordinator of the school. Thereafter, she donned the mantle of the Headmistressof the school. As the Headmistress of the school, she spearheaded the administrative team of the school, managing and monitoring crucial aspects of the system.
After successfully completing her stint as the Headmistress, Ms. Deepti Vohra was entrusted with the responsibility of the Vice-principal of the school. Soon thereafter, she took over the prestigious post of Principal of the esteemed institution in June 2022. Through her dynamic personality,strong strategic thinking and keen analytical skills, Ms. Deepti Vohra has established herself as a dynamic educationist and an able administrator
Being a consummate scholar, Ms. Vohrastrives to achieve perfection in academic and personal ventures and holds true to the motto of DPS, “Service Before Self”. Her work ethic is unparalleled and inspiring. Her vision is to bring the utmost level of excellence and perfection to every aspect of the school.
