CHRISTMAS ASSEMBLY
The students of Class 2 celebrated Christmas by presenting a special assembly on 24th December, 2024.
Christmas was celebrated with great zeal and fervour. The Class 2 choir started on a rocking note presenting ‘Jingle Bell Rocks.’ The choir gave a mesmerised performance singing the carols. It was followed by Santa’s Bhangra rendition of Jingle Bells. The foot tapping dance captivated the audience, bringing smiles, cheer and laughter. The tableau, showcasing the nativity scene, was enhanced by the carol, ‘Silent Night’. The angel dance celebrating the birth of Lord Jesus and the reindeer dance was beautifully presented by the kids. The Santa dancing to Christmas jingles lit up and brought joy to the faces of all. The assembly concluded with a vibrant Carnival Parade.
In her speech, the Headmistress, Ms Malini Sengupta, appreciated the efforts of the children and highlighted the vibrant, festive atmosphere. She encouraged the children to remain cheerful, happy and always wear their beautiful smiles.
